Material Handlers
Telehandlers
The M Series telehandlers from New Holland Construction -- the
M427, M428 (pictured) and the M459 -- meet a variety of lift-and-place
and lift-and-carry requirements and are sized to work in a variety of
applications including commercial and residential construction,
agriculture and landscaping. The M428 has an operating weight of 24,118
pounds, a maximum lift height of 42 feet, and a lift capacity of 5,000
pounds. The M427 and M428 have a forward reach of 29 feet and the M459
has a forward reach of 31 feet.

Telescopic handler
Manitou offers the MT 6034
telescopic handler with 34 feet, 3 inches of lift height and a rated
operating capacity of 6,000 pounds. The model features a welded
box-section design boom and a 99-hp John Deere turbocharged diesel
engine. Other design features include a rugged frame with reinforced
C-channels, internal wet disc brakes for longer life and better stopping
capability, and a negative (spring-applied, hydraulically-released)
parking brake system. The negative parking brake applies automatically
when the engine is shut off, or manually by pressing a rocker switch.

Diamond blade
Diamond Products
introduces the Delux-Cut high-speed segmented diamond blade. This
general-purpose high-speed blade features a .394-inch segment height and
is available in 12- and 14-inch diameter sizes. The Delux-Cut blade is
designed for use on high-speed saws and walk-behind saws of 20 hp or
less.

Circular saw blade
Hitachi introduces
the 725213 VPR Series framing circular saw blade. This 7 1/4-inch
24-tooth premium blade features an alternating tooth bevel design for a
fast clean cut. The 725213 VPR blade is laser cut from a flat plate of
steel, which provides for a flatter blade. The VPR series features a
patented proprietary hollow ground tooth design in which each tooth acts
like a scoop contributing to the fast, yet smoother cut with less effort
from the tool.

Outdoor Power Equipment
Portable generator
Subaru's R1100 portable
generator features a maximum output of 1,100 watts. It offers clean and
stable power through the use of automated voltage regulation technology.
Using an exclusive advanced reverse cooling technology, the R1100 runs
quieter and allows it to be fully enclosed without the threat of
overheating. This provides an additional 2.5 dbA of sound attenuation.
The R1100 comes standard encased in a sound-absorbing poly-resin case.

Walk-behind mini-trencher
Little Beaver introduces
the Kwik-Trench walk-behind mini-trencher that is designed to trench up
to 30 feet per minute. The Kwik-Trench trenches up to 12 inches deep and
features carbide-tipped, heat-treated hardened-steel teeth for improved
performance. Trench width sizes vary from 1 inch to 4 inches and are
obtained through various combinations of teeth styles and mounting
locations. A slip clutch is built into the hub of the cutter wheel,
protecting the engine and drive train from wear and damage.

Concrete Masonry and Saws
Masonry saw
The TS 400 from Husqvarna is a universal masonry
saw with a height adjustment device that is lockable in any position.
The saw has several patented features including the blade quick
disconnect flange, with no tool required, and semi-automatic
foldable/collapsible legs for easier handling. Featuring a laser pointer
to allow for easier positioning and exact cuts, the TS 400 also has a
head that is easily adapted for 12-inch, 14-inch and 16-inch blades. The
head also oscillates with a gas-operated jack for smooth positioning
that can be locked in any position.

Diamond core drill
The ETN/3P diamond core drill from CS Unitec can be used wet or dry,
hand-held or stand mounted. The 17-amp, 110-volt motor drills holes up
to 6 inches diameter in concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, block and
stone. An integrated water swivel is built directly into the spindle for
wet drilling when required. For concrete dust extraction, while dry
drilling, the ETN 152/3P can be connected to a vacuum with a standard
hose connection.

Cleaning system
The SideWinder model 105 from Hydramotion Cleaning Systems is
designed for use with both hot and cold pressure washers. The machine
cuts cleaning time and water usage for pressure washing of roofs, decks,
sidewalks and other paved surfaces. The HydraFlow cover features a
fluted design that creates a focused spray pattern at the external
radius of the spray bar arc for an improved cleaning effect.

Sprayer
Apollo Sprayers introduces the
enhanced range of Apollo Turbines (The Green Machines) designed to
operate a non-bleed turbine spray gun with maximum spray transfer
efficiency. The three units -- the A725, the A825 and the A1025 --
feature the Handi-Hold spray gun docking station, which meets and
exceeds air quality standards. The Handi-Hold innovation is safe storage
for the spray gun and provides easy access.

Drain-cleaning machine
Electric Eel Mfg.
announces a newly designed belt guard for the Model E drain-cleaning
machine. The new guard is constructed of heavy-duty thermo plastic and
mounts securely to the motor with a thumb screw. The guard can be easily
removed for changing belts or removing the cable drum.
