Earth-Moving
Excavator
The Ditch Witch XT850 is a cross between the company's SK (mini skid steer) and MX (mini excavator) series. The lightweight excavator/tool carrier offers options including trailer, stands, and a variety of attachments to handle underground construction tasks. Designed for utility contractors, homebuilders, landscapers and others, the XT850 features a patent-pending 260-degree excavator sweep, which allows digging capability from one point. The machine's turf-friendly rubber tracks are controlled by independent hydrostatic ground drives, giving the operator zero-radius turning capability.

Motor grader
John Deere's D-Series motor graders have been updated with enhancements designed to deliver a boost in productivity. These improvements include a mid-mount scarifier for the 670D, 672D, 770D and 772D (pictured) machines; an integrated grade control package that is designed to save installation time and provide professional integration for the D-Series line; and for all-wheel-drive machines, a new low-speed precision mode and improved steering. The mid-mount scarifier option comes equipped with a full set of 11 teeth and is mounted between the blade and the front wheels. Both the front-mount scarifier and the rear-mount ripper-scarifier are offered as well. The all-wheel-drive machines (672D, 772D, 872D) provide a precision mode that lets the operator proceed at a super-slow speed. Because of the hydrostatic front wheel drive, the operator can dial down the tractor speed in first, second and third gears to about one-quarter mile per hour.

Lifting
Utility Scaffold
The Pro-Jax Utility Scaffold from Bil-Jax combines patented safety features with an increased load capacity. The Pro-Jax measures 29 inches wide, which is narrow enough for a single user to maneuver the unit through doorways. It is available with 6-, 8- and 10-inch brace lengths. The lightweight steel construction reinforces a plywood deck and can support 1,000 pounds. Stacked units provide a maximum working height above 23 feet. The patented Saf-T-Lok allows operators to adjust the platform height in 2-inch increments, ensuring that the platform remains level and locked securely during use.

Portable heater
The Allmand Maxi-Heat portable heater resolves problems associated with cold weather work conditions by providing clean, breathable, heated air at the jobsite. The unit efficiently warms air to help keep workers and equipment in top form. The Maxi-Heat is also used to provide a warm environment for curing concrete, painting bridges, drying rail cars, warehouse construction and other year-round applications. Burner units are enclosed and combustion gases are exhausted away from the machine. The enclosed indirect-fired twin heater units are rated at a total output of 1,010,000 Btu per hour delivering a maximum of 6,200 cfm, with a 220-degree discharge temperature.
