Mini-skid steer
Compact Power's Boxer
Brute TRX mini-skid steer has a compact footprint of 44 inches by 70
inches and has an operating capacity of 900 pounds. The rubber tracks
are designed for optimum traction and flotation with minimal compaction.
An operating weight of about 2,450 pounds (with operator), distributed
over a 331-square-inch ground contact area per track, translates to 3.7
psi of ground pressure for less damage to lawns and other planted areas.
The machine is built to handle a full complement of more than 50
universal compact utility attachments, including a 36-inch auger and
48-inch trencher.

Lifting
Boomlift
The new Bil-Jax Summit Series
articulated trailer-mounted boomlift line includes models 3522A, 4527A
and 5533A, which are designed with 35-, 45- and 55-foot platform heights
with best-in-class side reach and auto-leveling capabilities. All
articulated models have telescopic upper boom sections as well as jibs,
allowing for greater range of motion. All machines have 500-pound
capacities and each can be fitted with a material-lifting hook, which
converts them into a 500-pound lightweight crane suited for setting
trusses in homebuilding, setting roof-mounted HVAC units, or doing sign
work.

For Contractors
Portable generators
Wacker's
new line of premium generators offers dependable power when and where
it's needed. The eight models range from 2,500 to 6,600 watts and are
designed for excellent voltage regulation and superior motor starting
ability, allowing operators the ability to start larger tools. The GP
line offers a compact design, but a heavy-duty one-piece frame provides
full protection. The generators are quiet thanks to a large muffler, and
an auto idle control with time delay on the larger units automatically
reduces the engine to a low speed, reducing fuel consumption, noise and
wear on the connected electrical loads.

Hydraulic compactor
attachments
Atlas Copco's HC 409
and HC 920 hydraulic compactor attachments are built for a variety of
soil compaction projects as well as driving and extracting sheeting and
posts. Accepting a maximum hydraulic flow of 20 gpm at 2,200 psi of
pressure, the HC 409 delivers an 8,000-pound impulse force and produces
2,100 cycles per minute. To reduce problems associated with excessive
hydraulic input, the plates come with a control valve designed to
regulate the input flow and the amount of pressure traveling to the
hydraulic motor.

Crack saw
General Equipment's CS8
random crack saw uses 8-inch diameter, dry cut-type diamond blades to
produce smooth-sided cuts for proper crack-filling procedures. Power is
supplied by an 11-hp Honda engine equipped with a Cyclone-type air
filter system for protection against fine-grained dust contamination. An
available propane engine conversion allows use in confined areas where
gasoline exhaust fumes are not permissible.
